Floog is a groundbreaking on-demand aviation booking platform that optimizes and personalizes charter bookings. We are poised to revolutionize the on-demand flight charter market by providing a seamless, efficient, and personalized service for our users. As we ready the product launch, we are seeking a dedicated and strategic Head of Partnerships to join our team. The ideal candidate will be invited to participate as a key member of the Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO. He/She would likely be granted Co-Founder status to reflect the importance of the role.
Job Description:
As the North American Head of Partnerships & Regional Head at Floog, you will be the senior-most employee in the region, overseeing all aspects of our operations, from partnerships to team management and P&L responsibility. Your primary focus will be to cultivate and strengthen relationships with aircraft operators and seamlessly integrate their services into the Floog platform, while also taking full ownership of the regional strategy and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the partnership strategy and regional business plans to align with Floog’s global objectives.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key partners including Jet, Helicopter, and AAM operators, effectively communicating the value of Floog’s platform.
  • Build and manage the North American team, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and growth.
  • Oversee regional operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, including full P&L responsibility.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor Floog’s offerings to the needs of the North American market and partners.
  • Address partner and regional operational concerns swiftly and effectively.
  • Drive growth by identifying and leveraging new partnership opportunities, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic alliances.
  • Lead negotiation and deal closures with partners to ensure mutual benefit and strategic alignment with Floog’s vision.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the region.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in partnership development or senior business development roles, ideally within the aviation industry.
A strong network of contacts within the private jet and aviation industry in North America.
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and business operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Deep understanding of the private aviation market, key regional players, and customer needs.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful regional and partnership strategies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
