Overview
Floog is a groundbreaking on-demand aviation booking platform that optimizes and personalises charter bookings. We are poised to revolutionise the on-demand flight charter market by providing a seamless, efficient, and personalized service for our users. As we ready the product launch, we are seeking a dedicated and strategic Head of Partnerships to join our team. The ideal candidate will be invited to participate as a key member of the Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO. He/She would likely be granted Co-Founder status to reflect the importance of the role.
Job Description:
As the Head of Partnerships at Floog, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executingour partnership strategy. Your primary focus will be developing and nurturing relationships with aircraft operators and onboard them onto our platform. You will work closely with the Floog team and stakeholders to align our product offerings with the needs of our partners and customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential partners (Jet, Helicopter and AAM operators) and communicate the value proposition of Floog's platform.
  • Develop and manage relationships with partners to onboard their aircraft onto the Floog platform.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering team to integrate partner offerings into our platform effectively.
  • Ensure that partner needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to grow partner relationships, including cross-promotions, co-marketing initiatives, and joint ventures.
  • Negotiate and close deals with partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Floog's strategic goals.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in partnership development or business development roles, preferably in the aviation industry.
Strong network of contacts within the aircraft charter industry is a plus.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the private aviation market and its key players.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a successful partnership strategy.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
